On Sunday, 13 July 2026, the Rotary Club of Thane City proudly participated in a tree plantation drive at Aranya, Shilphata, Thane.
Enthusiastic volunteers from our club—ranging in age from 12 to 67 years, including both men and women—came together with a shared commitment to nurturing our environment. Their participation beautifully reflects the belief that protecting nature is a responsibility that transcends age and background.
Our heartfelt thanks to Rotary Club of Greenspan for organizing this meaningful initiative under the guidance and blessings of Dr. Nilesh Jaywant, the District Governor, Rotary District 3142. The event witnessed an inspiring turnout, with Rotarians from across the district planting more than 200 saplings, each representing hope for a greener and healthier future.
